Active Pest Control

My credit card was charged $350 (termite treatment) today....when I called 'Customer Service to let them know NO-ONE had come out to change out the cartridges yet!?....Their response was 'we have your credit card on file'....and we charge your account a month before your appointment! This is the first exchange, we just became new customers last year....To that I responded, 'but I don't have an appointment!? Nor did I authorize my card to be on file....''NO email, phone call or mailing flyer!...

Where do I start? I was a customer with this company through 2 of my homes for more than a total of 11 years— monthly for 8 of those years then quarterly. The final straw for me was when they insisted someone came out to render services and our cameras determined…that was a lie. There wasn’t even a yard sign left like they usually do when they come out I watched over 4 hours of footage to be sure there was no fluke on our end. DO NOT, under any circumstances, use Active until they figure out their current problems. Currently, all phone numbers get answered by Terminix. Once you get an agent, they cannot easily find your account, and you will get the runaround. I've used Active for 5 years, and the pest service has been great. But the inability to get anyone local to answer the phone and difficulty managing my account are deal killers. RESPONSE TO OWNER: I will not provide my name on this forum. Please post your LOC
