Usually the front office staff is great. I arrived just after they open but it was dark and locked. I waited 15-30 minutes then left. My boss told me to call corporate to see if the branch was open today. I called, they called the employee that was supposed to open, and then returned my call saying she was running late. No worries I returned to get what I needed but was treated poorly by the staff. I assume she did not like corporate finding out how late she was.
