I had originally left a five star review based on the quality of service I have received at my home. While that has not changed (the techs are always polite and responsive) I removed my review just to leave this one. I signed up during a visit to my home by a sales representative in July of last year. After hearing the prices ($89 a month for regular treatments and mosquito spraying) I signed up while standing in my doorway on the guys iPad. I actually have ring camera footage where he does not mention a “discounted price” or a year long contract nor does he give an opportunity to view the contract in its entirety. I called the company after seven months of payments to inform them that I have to relocate due to medical issues. I was told that they do not service the area I am relocating to and since I am locked into a year long contract (unbeknownst to me) I’d have to pay for the “discounted rate “ which would cost me over $500. The first issue I have with this is that I was never informed that I was paying a discounted rate. I was told that the prices were competitive. I was also at no point informed that it was a year long contract. I have video proof of both of those things. My second issue is that I informed the sales representative that I am a renter and that I do not own the property. If they are unable to service the area that I am moving to then it is their breech of contract because they cannot fulfill their end of the deal by providing pest control services for me nor could they ever guarantee me services for an extended period of time because I do not own the property. I am extremely disappointed because I would have recommended this company to anyone I could due to the exceptional service provided by the techs, however this company uses predatory sales tactics.

Similar to what others have experienced, I was charged multiple times for services that were never performed. I would receive a text notification saying my home had been sprayed, even though no one ever showed up. On several occasions, I had to call the office to ask when I would be getting service because I had either “fallen off the schedule” or they simply didn’t show up at all. When I tried to cancel my service, I was told I wasn’t allowed to. On top of that, I was informed that if I did manage to cancel the contract, I would owe $450 in fees due to a “discount” that was never explained or disclosed at the time of signing. Even when they did service my home—especially for mosquito treatments—the results were ineffective. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

⭐️ 1-Star Review — Poor Service, Broken Promises, and Unresolved Billing I signed up for pest control services in the summer (around July/August), with the understanding that my home would receive ongoing periodic treatments. Since signing up, the company has only serviced my home once, yet they have continued charging me $89 every month. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, nothing has been fixed. I have contacted the company several times over the months, and there has been no meaningful resolution — no refund, no service, and no stop to the ongoing charges. Chad, the co-owner, personally told me he would call me back after speaking with the people he reports to regarding a refund. He never followed up. Nearly a month later, I had to call again just to get an update, and since then it has been constant phone tag with no progress. Even after calling again today, I was told once more that Chad would return my call — and still nothing has been resolved. At this point, I have: • Received no ongoing service • Had no refunds issued • Had no billing stopped • Spent months trying to get accountability This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I cannot recommend this company based on the lack of service, communication, and follow-through.

They were not clear when I requested the service about monthly payments. They just mentioned the value and that they would come 3 times by that price. Guess what? Not this…. Actually I got trapped in a monthly payment without knowing! I’m requesting them to cancel the charging and nothing happened. To cancel they mention they need to review the contract. It gets even worse: they can charge me because they give me a discount that was never mentioned. I’m in chock how they put the consumer in a trap. I just don’t want to be charged for a service that I don’t requested or need (monthly pest control). Communication with the client is crucial! I’m so frustrated and upset. I feel that they are tetro stole my money.

I don’t like being lied to he has you signed his phone and tells you it’s month-to-month when all along you’re signing the 12 month contract I’ve literally seen them one time since July and they keep sending me these messages about how was my service ?? What service? And I have bugs everywhere on my porch don’t use this company They lieand don’t care about customer service..

Had a salesman who represents this company come up to me and tell me how great VerdEx pest control was. I had a mosquito issue due to the excessive amount of greenery in my backyard. So I said "alright cool" Jackson told me that I was grandfathered in at 90$ Ok. Proceeds to charge my card 95$ Wasn't happy about that All in all I had about 3 services(last one being a light spraying) I told Jackson after the third service that I didn't want to use his services anymore, got no reply back. Then afterwards charged my account 90$ Then sometime after that 180$ and then 270$ And now it currently sits well over 350$ for what exactly? I thought I was grandfathered in at 90 dollars Jackson? I guess not. I do not recommend this company. Do not use them. They are all about the bottom dollar PY Elevated Pest Control is their Cash app company name

The salesman who sold us on this company was friendly and obviously a good salesperson. What he promised and what our contract says are not being met and when we tried to cancel we were told we had a contract for a year. That contract was breached when we didn’t receive service on time. Service was slated in contract to be in October and we were not scheduled until Nov 20. The service did not eliminate pests as well as our former company which we will return to.

Just got the outside of my home serviced by Verdix. Scott completed the service and was professional and punctual. This was from first review two months ago. Service was good had high hopes. Three months later because the service they provide is quarterly which is stupid by the way as when seasons change bugs change. Antonio says that he came to the home which he did but neighbors say that he was there for maybe ten to 15 minutes. He was supposed to be doing the I side of the home as well which was noted in my account but yet due to him not telling anybody he was coming me and my wife was at work. So our loss. This company is a scam don't let the high ratings fool you. If you see the salesman come to the door understand its not worth it. You pay monthly for them to come out quarterly. They will give you no heads up and just show up. You get a text after stating they are done please leave a review. Well I will review until my contract is up. If you struggle with ant beds and think this company is going to get rid of them think again. They are all through the outside of the home. Once again stay from Verdix.

This company is fraud they charge monthly for a service they don’t provide. When they came to sell me the service I asked was this monthly service that I would need to pay I was told I pay when they come I also asked is this a contract he said no now she is saying I am locked in for 12 months. When I tried to schedule service I was told they can’t make it and they will call me when they can yet they are trying to charge me for service they are not able to provide. I attached the messages also please look up the previous name of this company and you will see the horrible service they provide. I asked them to cancel my service they act like they can’t in addition they signed a contract stating that it’s was me I do not sign my name like that. I am contacting a lawyer. Update: I did reach to the Atlanta office spoke with the manager I think her name is Lisa. Lisa was very unhelpful she refused to listen to what had transpired and refused to cancel my account in fact she continued to try and charge my card. After I reported this to the BBB and sent you all a copy of my report then I was sent a message that my service was canceled and charges removed. It is not okay to have to jump through those channels to resolve the situation. Also, please tell your sells people it is importance of being honest with a potential customer.

I was offered the same service as my current company and was told to give a small family company a try. They told me they would sweep and clean the walls off spider webs and was told I was going to receive everything plus more of what I was already receiving. The man stayed less than 15 minutes in the property (previous guys took 40 minutes doing everything) spider webs are still on the walls nothing and later was told they only cover 30feet from the property. Nothing at all done as the other company they told me they would out do. Called customer service they said they would send someone else in a week… (the sales man said they would do it within 24 hours).
