Top Turf Lawn Care and Pest Management

Had this service for 3 years. Today I noticed that my lawn is the only one in the community with weeds. Three different kinds. When I called to inquire I was told that a treatment was done recently and I had to wait 2 weeks for another service. My question was why does my lawn have weeds and no other lawns. I've been using Top Turf for about 1 year now and I'm very disappointed. My yard is full of weeds and crabgrass to which they don't seem to have any solution. I called customer service and they sent a tech out but my yard still looks terrible. The breaking point for me was when they did their last treatment they stuck their "top turf" sign right beside some crabgrass (picture attached). Used top turf for about 4 months. Two regular treatments and two retreats. My lawn looked worse than it ever has. I understand controlling weeds is a year long process. However, fireweed isnt hard to kill. The company I used last year knocked the fireweed out in one treatment. Look at the photos of our yard after 4 treatments. Looks terrible. I tried to get them to come out for another retreat and they would only come out if I paid for the next round of treatments. Sorry, I’m not paying
