I’ve been using Arbor-Nomics for years, but unfortunately, the service has gone downhill significantly since the company was bought out about two years ago. You’re no longer assigned a specific technician, so you get whoever happens to be assigned to your property. Communication has also become extremely frustrating. It took approximately six phone calls just to get my bill corrected to the price I was originally quoted. Even more disappointing is the actual lawn care. My lawn now has more weeds than I’ve ever had while using this company. After years of being a customer, I expected much better. Based on my experience, I can no longer recommend Arbor-Nomics. I’m going to be looking for another lawn care company that provides consistent service, communicates with its customers, and actually delivers results.

Horrible company to deal with. Getting the initial treatment completed required multiple phone calls. When they finally did come out, they only treated the front yard after I had confirmed multiple times that the service was supposed to include both the front and back. After that, I received texts saying they couldn’t complete my service and would reschedule soon, but nobody ever followed up. It happened again after the initial treatment, and then I simply never heard from them again. I never even had to cancel the service, they basically forgot about me and stopped coming. Apparently the company has gone through ownership changes, and the service and communication seem to have fallen off a cliff. I would not recommend going off the older google reviews and accumulated score, because this does not seem to be the same company anymore. There are plenty of other local and regional lawn care companies to choose from. Save yourself the headache and go with one of them.

TLDR: I'm just not sure if the work being billed is actually being completed anymore. Last day with arbor-nomics. Sad day as a customer writing this one-star review for a business I've admired in the past. We were loyal Arbor-Nomics customers for seven years. Today we are regretfully canceling all service. We've lost trust. With lawn care, poor or incomplete work can be hard to spot right away, but after four months of missed treatments and up to 50% of our yard simply not being serviced, the lack of value became impossible to ignore. Potential customers should be cautious because quality and service has declined significantly since the Senske/GTCR PE rollup. I sense that performance management metrics are now implemented, albeit poorly, by a senior management team that is incentivizing technician speed over service quality. Just another company extracting too much value from a customer and losing trust in the relationship, a common theme in 2026. What a bummer.

I’ve used them for 3-4 years now and had issues in my backyard last year with a huge dead patch and this year they’ve burned lines in my grass. I’ve reached out with no response to date. Will be changing companies.

Unreliable as of late. Cancelling services immediately of our home and rental property. We have been customers of arbornomics for years and recently service has gone downhill. The customer service is never available and they never get back to you anyways. They had us pay for aeration of our yard they showed up. Did the front yard made a mess of it never did the backyard we called multiple times to put in a service request and they never showed up or responded. The last straw was more recently. One of the service providers showed up to our house. Didn’t perform any service at all stuck a sign in our yard and Left and we have it all on ring camera.

My neighborhood uses Arbor-Nomics for the front entrances so I called them for prices to do my home lawn. They quoted me a price and I began using them. Suddenly I noticed they had been charging me way more than my original quote for the last few months and I just started in March. I called and the Customer Service person said they gave me a temporary promotional price. I explained no one ever said this and I was never told the price would increase especially after only a couple of months. I’ve canceled their services. BUYER BEWARE of their deceptive practices!!!

Signed up for their service three weeks ago told me they were gonna come by on the weekend. I signed up and ended up canceling so they rescheduled and canceled again. Then I had to call customer service and the guy said they would call me the next day to talk to me and they haven’t called me and I took the time out of my day to call them multiple times and was brought to voicemail honestly, not a good first impression and I will be canceling their services

These people will push a sale on you, call/text daily until they get your money, then? They disappear and refuse to honor the service sold. Trust me, stay away from this company. They will not provide the service they promise and now I have to attempt to get a refund

Worst experience ever. I paid for a service for the entire year, and it took a month for someone to come out. They didn’t do what they were supposed to do, and I had to call several times to try to get someone back out, but nothing happened. I eventually had to go through my bank to dispute the charge and request a payment reversal. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. I’m not sure what’s going on with the company, but I was not satisfied with the service I received.
