Terminix has changed and gone downhill. I use to get a weeks notification before a technician was to come to the house. Now they just show up or receive notification when they are on their way. Also in the past it was the same technician that would come out regularly now it is always some one random. Sketchy company. Darrick Douglas took advantage of my elderly mother. She has been with this company for 26 years. When she signed up to have her house sealed. She specifically said she wasn’t going to add the service after the 2 years were up. He sent through a 235 fee for the year 2027 service anyway to the finance company. The finance company paid Terminex and now she has a 235 credit for a service she didn’t want. And has to pay interest on that service. I’ve spoken with customer service and

Terrible service. They send out a different person to do each visit and every visit they give us issues that they can’t spray inside or they can’t spray anything for spiders or they only spray in certain areas, etc. I’m not sure if they know what their job is. It’s more work having them and dealing with it than just doing it yourself. Better to go with a local pest control who actually does a thorough job instead of this.
