Absolutely terrible. I have called on three separate occasions for the past three months to re-set up autopay and confirm that my account is current but I’m still getting calls from people in the other side of the world telling me my account is behind on payments and that autopay is not setup. Used to be a much better company (signed up originally with BugOut). I have been a customer for 5 years and within the last year, service has gone down. I observed the technician on my doorbell camera providing poor service. She barely sprayed the porch, did not service the back of my home and was on her phone, cursing not paying attention.
