Raul was amazing and so thorough!

They were good but no longer. When I started the service they were very quick to respond, and very thorough. Now they are no longer calling back, and will only walk the property, not even come inside to treat the areas that bugs have been seen. Unfortunately I am now looking to replace them for a quality service exterminator who will fulfill their promise. If asked 3 years ago they were great, now they can’t even meet the most basic expectation. The quality is very poor, and the quarterly service lasts about 3 weeks, maybe. And I have yet to get a call back, maybe tomorrow,

I hired Northwest Extermination to eliminate moles in my front and back yard. After 18 months of treatments, there was no improvement; in fact, the mole activity increased and the damage to my lawn became substantial. With rising costs, it’s important to invest in services that provide real value, and this experience fell short of that expectation. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this company for resolving mole or vole issues.

Northwest Exterminating was wonderful to work with about a critter problem we had. They did an excellent "exclusion service" for us, having informed us very well of what to expect. They were super-nice, at every point. Their knowledge and professionalism doesn't get in the way of being friendly and accommodating. We're renewing an annual warranty to continue the protection they offer. HIGHLY recommended this company!

Lovely people, great service that gets rid of those nasty creepy crawlies and does not hurt my pets! What more could you ask for? It is affordable as well.

Guy was very friendly. Just called for a second opinion on birds that was getting in the dryer vent because the cover came off. However he went into the attic and told me there is a WALKING trails that meant squirrels was in the attic. Umm those was trails from where the builder had walked across pushing the insulation to the side. When I told him that he started selling me on 10 different items ultra violet raise and so many things that he said will hurt the critters from coming inside and hurt their sight. He tried selling me on 10 different items at once I had to tell him to stop trying to get over one in me and thanks for his time. Called another company that said there no problems and made a screen to go over the dryer vent. Sad when you can see people lying and trying to get over to make a buck.

I have used this NW Ext for over 20 yrs and am very pleased with the service I receive. If there is a problem they are quick to respond and make sure the customer is satisfied.

We have had the same technician for as long as I can remember. He’s very nice and we frequently have quick conversations while he’s here. I like the stability and the personal touch.

Highly recommend Northwest Exterminating. They are always on time, and do a great job. I have no reason to switch to any other Exterminator. I am a please customer.
