We've only had a few treatment visits - maybe 3? - but the service has been awesome. Great communication. Going above and beyond to make sure we're happy before they leave. Big fan of both James M. and Justin F. 5 Stars, easy!

Michael was great and went above and beyond to get us taken care of quickly and effectively. He was extremely communicative and walked me through everything he did as well as what we can expect in the future. I would 100% go back to Michael and Mayday if we ever run into similar problems. I can’t say enough good things about the entire team at Mayday.

UPDATE August 2026 - Scotty Davis has come to my home several times including yesterday and has been a joy to deal with. He is always knowledgeable, professional and friendly. My experience with his is always 5-star. They did a full exclusion service form me including: squirrel and mice trapping, sealed all entry points and installed drip edging, cleaned all droppings from my attic and sterilized/deodorized, fluffed the insulation I had left and topped me off with new insulation, and then did the carpentry work to seal and paint the damaged fascia and soffit. The price was very reasonable and they did everything that they said they would do, like clockwork. Steve, Sherman, TJ and Jenelle were all outstanding!

James was extremely professional. Been in the industry for a little and told him I was doing some shopping around and that I believe I made the right choice with this company. He proved me right. In and out, knowledgeable on the product and great personality. Thanks again!

Michael and Lester were punctual, friendly and efficient when critter-proofing our house! They explained what needed to be done and the extra steps Mayday takes to ensure all potential entry points are secured. I will definitely call Mayday for any future needs!

We have been customers for over a year now and are so happy with Mayday. Justin is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond in keeping our home critter free! They even went as far as to make an extra stop by our house to check in on a pesky Yellowjacket nest that kept coming back!

Jason was TERRIFIC and deserves 5 stars and Mayday did an excellent job when he was here! (The fellow who tried to plug the garage door spaces wasn't great) but Jason was fabulous! They are a family-owned company and are a delight to talk with, etc., I would certainly recommend them again! We needed safe bat removal, as they were roosting in an inconvenient area on the house. They repaired the area, put screens where needed, and were diligent, cleaned beautifully and did a wonderful job with that. One complaint I have about the initial visit is that they did NOT take photos of the rodent-protections they did around the house as I requested several times. So, I would suggest that they add that to their agenda to make them better. However, had it not been for lack of photos and the garage door mishaps, they would have easily received 5 stars! I would most CERTAINLY hire them again in a second, though!!!!!
