Termite specialist Brian was fantastic. He was on time, kind, courteous, and professional. He took the time to show me all the new annual baits he had to install/replace on the ground. Brian also answered all my technical questions about termites as well as landscaping ideas that touch against the base of my house that could potentially invite termites (and other insects). DO NOT USE - Management agrees with their reps on changing you for things you don’t need. Very ugly with me when I questioned the pricing of $1600 - for work. Ken Brown the inspector did not want to only fix my small holes and vents. I asked for Management. The Manager said we will do the work at &1200 min even though I had a previous quote wrote down from John Garlepp of less than $500. They said we are not doing it for that amount. Said really ugly… soooo. I then said thank you! Be careful

Do Not Use This Service - Deceptive and Unreliable I have had issues with this company from the very beginning, starting with the initial quote. I was told they would install bait boxes for rodents and treat both the interior and exterior of my home for rodent and pest control. The representative assured me they would take care of everything 100%. After signing the contract, I received a call informing me that I would need to pay an additional $2,500 exclusion fee to seal up holes. This seemed
