So far only a terrific experience. Family owned company and you definitely get that kind of customer service. I had palmetto bugs trying to sneak in and I haven't seen any since they've been here.

Hal is a true professional. I bought a truck at auction, that had a very serious pest and bedbug problem. Hal did a fantastic job of explaining what had to be done to eliminate all the issues. He eliminate all the pest, and sanitized the truck. Now my new unit is clean and safe for me and my driver. Excellent family run business, providing Quality service at a fair price. I will use their services again and will recommend them to my other trucking industry friends. We'll worth the time and money. Thanks for helping me resolve a very serious problem.

I have used Gene's for years! There is no other company that I trust. One of our first homes was extremely infested and we called them out. In no time at all the bugs, mice and fleas were gone right along with all the house spiders and things like that! I have seen other companies only seem to feed the issue but Gene and his crew get the job done. They understand that families need the issue solved asap! I have never had an issue with them.

Great customer service. The lady I spoke to about scheduling the service was pleasant and put me on the schedule for the very next day. Gene arrived as expected and was courteous and professional. I even called before he arrived because I was concerned about rain. I received a return call shortly thereafter explaining that if it rained, they would come back for a 2nd application.

I enjoyed my experience with Gene's. I needed a termite letter for my closing and my agent told me last last minute. They were able to get out quick and send it to my agent.

Ok I'll start with saying this is the first review I've ever done. That being said I felt like I needed to give warning about Genes Pest Control. I have never experienced service and customer service this horrible. They never held up their end of the service contract, they missed appointments and when asked about their absence they quickly said they would find out and call me back. A week later, after not receiving a call from them and seeing a statement where they charged me without authorization, I called to cancel my service. I asked about the charge and asked about a refund for that charge. Mr. Gene Sr. himself proceeded to yell/scream at me over the phone and then hung up. All the while I never seen any improvement in my pest problems. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND GENES PEST CONTROL!!!!
