We discovered rats in our basement. When I called Windward Pest Services in a panic, Brandy was super helpful and nice. She was able to get Lance out that same day. Lance identified the problem as Norway rats and referred us to Steven, his boss. Steven came out and quickly identified how the rats were getting into the basement. Unfortunately they were coming up under the fiberglass shower liner in the basement. The previous owners had installed the bathroom and the contractors hadn't capped off an old sewer line. The only way to get to the problem was to remove the shower. Steven came in, removed the shower and capped off the old line and secured the surrounding area so the rats can no longer get in. He did it quickly and very neatly. They have also placed bait stations around the foundation of the house to get any errant rats. I have been super impressed with all the people I have come in contact with at Windward Pest Services. They have been friendly, professional and always come when they say they will. I highly recommend them.

I use them for a quarterly pest maintenance, and a yearly termite treatment. I couldn’t be happier with this company to keep all the nasty pests away. Ever since they started my treatments last year when we purchased our home, I have not seen one critter in the house. They always do a thorough job of spraying and inspecting the property for signs of pests and damage. They also send out a detailed summary of the process performed and chemicals used. I think they offer a good value for their services and their customer service and support is top notch. I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs pest control.
