Not off to a good start with these people. Initiated service, and the person I spoke on the phone with never completed the order. So 7 days later I call and he immediately switches me over to someone else before even looking into it. This person finds he had not completed his end of the job in less than a minute. The tech was scheduled to be at our house a few days later - no show. Rescheduled 5 days later. Not confident on a show up. Next reschedule I’ll go with someone else.. what a ball drop

We signed up for the Gold plan back in Feb 2019 which includes 7 lawn and shrubs/tree care treatments. Doing the math, the applications should happen every 7 weeks or so, arguably more often in the summer months. But we would have to routinely remind them at 8 weeks they need to come out. Their response when challenged on this - the traffic in Atlanta is bad. They simply don't staff adequately to uphold their commitment. Worse, now here in September, I can honestly say our lawn looks worse

Review on 8/18/25: Decided to drop services after several years due to weeds getting out of control in my lawn. Text my service rep for a re-treatment and was told it would be a couple of weeks as he was on his own and his manager was on vacation. It has now been four weeks since I requested re-treatment.
