Arrow Exterminators

Dane is our Arrow Exterminator service technician. He is always very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and service oriented. Dane is very thorough on his service calls and always asks about any issues we may be experiencing. He also advises us right away of any potential issues he identifies and takes immediate action to remediate anything he finds. We are very happy with Arrow and Dane and in their ability to keep us safe and as pest free as possible... all for a very reasonable and budget

One guy showed up one day telling me the contract for the termite service is expired, I will need to renew it. So I renewed and asked for an invoice. He said he will send to me later. But I haven't received the invoice for the service until now - a few weeks after the service. Tried to call the customer service phone number or the cell phone printed on his business card, never able to reach a human. Is this a real business or just a fraud? Arrows retreatment policy is not fair to the customer. Our last treatment was March 22, 2018. Today is June 1 and we have ants everywhere. We were told we would need to pay for another treatment for them to come out and retreat based on THEIR quarterly calendar! That is easily less than 3 months since their last treatment. Their treatment is not worth the money you pay if they don't stand behind their product. Would never use them again. They more or less did not seem to care we were cancelli
