I have scheduled the indoor pest control for Monday. They took my credit card info but no service staff showed up on Monday. We have cleaned up the entire house and left the house to prepare for the service. Then I called them. They said it was not even scheduled!!! Terrible experience!!!

We’ve been paying for mole service since 2021. It seemed like we initially had some success. However I am told by the person in their wildlife division that they haven’t been properly servicing our property since November of 2022. The department was apparently recently sold off so they claim that they cannot give a refund for their improper services. Our property is now in worse shape than when we started with soft spongy ground and obvious tunnels everywhere. They claim we are under contract, which is amusing since they haven’t fulfilled their end (provide proper service) of the contract. Do not recommend Northwest for mole service for sure. Maybe their pest control is better, but can’t say for sure.

Came out to give us an estimate on bats going into our attic. The salesman Jayson came out and told us we needed to also have insulation replaced due to the bat droppings. We got a second opinion. There were no bat droppings, we did not even have bats in the attic, they were on the outside of the screen eves. This guy tried to upsell us and downright lie to us. Bad for your business.

Contacted them 3 times to start service in our new construction home since the builder gave us the termite bond through them and each time I was told I would be contacted. It’s been weeks and still have not received a quote for service. I guess they are not interested in gaining new customers. I will have to find a different company now.
I’ve been with Norhwest Exterminating for awhile now including extra services like pest, mosquito and bee treatments They’ve been fairly good. I’ve had to call them and/or stop them from leaving to be sure the job was done correctly. Now I’m selling my house and just need to maintain the termite letter for 15 days and drop the other services. But just to maintain the termite letter I have to pay for the entire quarter because they won’t prorate it for 15 days. I really don’t think that’s right and feel like they’re gouging me. So be careful signing with them.
