Veteran Owned; Honest; Helpful; Guaranteed Annual Fee; I don't normally take the time to give Google reviews, but I was compelled to do so in this case! The folks at Unified Pest took the time to really talk to me and explain the termite warranty process, the different kinds of pesticides that could be used, and how I could get the most bang for my buck while making sure my pets and family were safe from harmful chemicals. They did a complete inspection of my home inside and out. Then, they explained my purchase options and never made me feel like I was being pressured to purchase from them. This was such a night and day difference from my current termite bond company. For the last two years, my current company merely sent one of their reps to my house unannounced to do the "annual termite inspection" while I was not home. He barely walked around the outside of my house, placed a door hanger on my front door, and then left as quickly as he could. (How quickly they forget we have cameras now and see things even when we are not home!) Afterward, they repeatedly sent me the an invoice for services by email a dozen times, and by U.S. Mail, and then called my personal cell phone number dozens of times to pressure me into paying the invoice (which contained an inflated annual rate) long before it was due. What a difference Unified Pest Control is making in the pest control world. Keep disrupting the current and less than acceptable customer support from the big named companies and I will shout your name and number from the rooftops! Thank you so much Unified!

I worked with Unified Pest Solutions for the roaches at our residence and I must say the experience has been very good! They did the sessions promptly and explained us really well about how to go about the process. Also, the pest control session has never interrupted with my regular routine in the kitchen! They are very digilent with visits and prompt in actions. Highly recommend their service for roaches.
