UPDATE 12/18 to owner response: That is not a truthful response. Since the calls are recorded (mine are as well), you would’ve heard that she immediately cut me off while explaining the problem and asked for my address not once but twice, where I replied: “I heard you- I’m giving you the address.” After I went over what had been relayed to me from our third party- she then cut me off again saying “There were no notes saying there would be holes cut into your walls” so when I asked what was written down from the past inspection and what they were wanting to do on the upcoming date, she replied “that is for the rental company and I’m not able to give you any information”, which she was very rude when doing so. I told her to not raise her voice at me and to calm down when she then said “you are the one raising your voice with me ma’am, GOODBYE” and then hung up on me. I tried calling back but was then sent to a voicemail. I’m all for a company sticking up for their employees but please be truthful when it comes to information; because your response was not what happened. -On a positive note- We currently have one of your workers in our house right now who was the best one we’ve had so far as he has been able to locate the dead animal after two different people were unable to. I will change my review in light of Kyle being able to find it but my hesitance with your customer service lady is still at a one star. —————— Extremely rude Customer Service by some lady whose name started with a T if I’m not mistaken. Called to get an update as to what damage was going to be done at our home around the Holidays when the female worker started getting verbal and yelling at me over asking basic questions. The original inspection we had yesterday was fine and we were told there was nothing they could do besides poke a bunch of holes into our walls which we would then have to hire another Third party contractor to patch the holes due to the inspector not being able to reach the dead rodent in our attic. From someone who works in the customer service industry she was extremely rude and unprofessional, even could go as far as saying hostile. They do good work but BEWARE of the interactions when scheduling or trying to figure out basic knowledge.

The female that called in got frustrated because we could not tell her anything about the inspection or the work to be done. She continued to be frustrated and hung up on our representative. We understand your frustration that you are a renter of a property management company and that previous work was done by another company. Our technician inspected, we reviewed his findings and reported to your property management as to what can be done. We are directed from them to only report to them and not to the tenant. That is where we understand your frustration is but you can call them and they can update you on the inspection and the work to be done. We feel for your frustration especially since there is a foul odor and are wanting to still help resolve your issue.

This company was referred by my property management for pest control. for dead gnats from a passed leak that was fixed. I never received any call, text, or email confirming an appointment. I received a text at around 7:00 am that someone was on their way to my house. In complete disbelief of why this was happening as I was sleeping from getting back in town late the night before. Which I was not even expecting to be back the night before. I responded what and who's house? When I reached out directly to clarify with the office the first representative I spoke with was immediately rude and told me that an appointment was set “whether I confirmed or not.” How exactly do you make an appointment with out the party that lives there? I told her that I never received this message, but apparently as she stated that it does not matter whether I replied, read it, or received it. Are you going to come into my home without me being there? I have NEVER heard of a company scheduling one sided appointments like this out of any vendors! This was completely inappropriate. Vendors cannot legally enter your home without my prior consent, especially as I am a single parent with young children. When I objected, the representative escalated the conversation, and I admit I lost my cool in response — but only because the interaction began with them insisting they would come regardless of my confirmation. The representative then hung up on me. Later, another staff member claimed that I made “threats” and said they would be charging a trip fee, even though no appointment had been confirmed in the first place, and they NEVER came. Consumer beware not only will they not confirm an appointment, you may have no idea they are coming, and then if you are not home when they get there..... Then what???? At no point did I make threats — I only made it clear that I would protect myself and my home from trespassers if anyone tried to enter without my consent. To make matters worse, I was told I could not leave a review and that doing so would be considered “slander.” That is not true. Sharing my personal experience as a customer is not slander, and I believe it’s important for others to know how this situation was handled. In my opinion, this company’s communication, professionalism, and customer service were severely lacking. Instead of resolving a simple scheduling issue THAT THEY CREATED, they were confrontational, unprofessional, and attempted to intimidate me. I cannot recommend them based on my experience. I have worked with many different pest control, and other residential contractors in my profession, and have NEVER seen a company act like this before! This goes to show you how they really are! **** THERE ARE OTHER REVIEWS WITH PEOPLE EXPERIENCING THESE SAME ISSUES THAT I HAVE NAMED IN MY REVIEW. THESE COMMENTS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES ON THE RUDE STAFF AND ONE-SIDED APPOINTMENTS SCHEDULING! RESPONSE: Thank you for your explanation, but I disagree. I NEVER received any appointment request, nor did I confirm a time. Vendors are required to schedule before coming to someone’s home. Your company was attempting to show up without confirmation is unsafe and unprofessional. I will never use your services and would rather pay out of pocket for a reliable pest company that actually makes appointments. And threatening me for leaving a review? That only proves who’s in the wrong here.

Hi Kaytlin,<br>Thank you for taking the time to calm down and revisit the situation.<br>We want to make it very clear that our company was contracted to perform a service at your residence at the request of the property management company you rent from. You were notified on 9/19/25, 4 days in advance of the scheduled service date. Additionally, our technician reached out nearly an hour before his scheduled arrival to provide further notice.<br>While your initial interaction with our technician was not particularly friendly, it remained non-threatening at first. However, after you called our office and spoke with our manager, the conversation escalated when she began to explain the situation. You began using profane language, and after she offered to cancel the appointment, she ended the call.<br>You then called back and spoke with another associate, during which you made threats to strangle our manager and shoot our technician, among several other inappropriate and alarming remarks. We have multiple screenshots of the message threads and recordings of the calls. At no point did any member of our team act unprofessionally, and we followed all standard procedures as we have always done for this property management company.<br>All call recordings and message threads have been turned over to your property management. You will not need to worry about our company servicing this property again while you reside there.

Protector pest solutions was one of the very few pest controls that would treat infestations in the car. I had ant infestation in the car which was getting quite bad, and all other pest controls that I've called did not treat cars. Kevin with the Protector pest solutions was the only one that helped my car infestation. Kevin took care of the issue very thoroughly and professionally, providing detailed information on the treatment being done and treating every possible gaps inside the car. The solution was very effective, all the ants were terminated only couple hours later. Kevin also helped with juvenile roaches appearing inside my house. I was seeing a lot of smoky brown roach juveniles inside the house, so I once again called help for extermination. Kevin did a very thorough job of spraying and applying treatments inside the house - he sprayed behind every outlet walls and possible entries(near window)covering every possible places where roaches could hide. I haven't seen a single roach since then. I would recommend Kevin with protector pest solutions if you are going through similar issues. He takes his job very seriously and professionally, and he also asks for regular checkups after the service to ensure the treatment is working.

Awful experience. The company sent a tech to do and inspection and install an excluder for the pest problem we’re experiencing. Upon inspecting the work that was done, no excluder was put in place, the work they claimed they did was not done, and the problem is no where near fixed. Picture below show the shoddy work done. Contacted the text line, the responder was rude and insubordinate. Made elementary comments and started quoting their “credentials”. We ALL know there’s a lot of bad contractors out here, and unfortunately this company is one of them. SEEK ANOTHER COMPANY.

In the meantime, we’ve requested that your work order be reassigned to another vendor who may be able to offer a different approach to resolving the issue.

On 10/10/24 A second exterminator from Protector Pest Solutions. Came to my home which I didn't know about anyone was coming because I never received a call or text saying that someone were scheduled to come out.Because prior to this service it was another guy by the name Antonio who originally came out to rid of our unwanted tenants. Antonio was very nice but he fell short by not keeping his word of coming back in a few days to check the 3 traps he set. Knowing how afraid I am of these critters running around inside my home as well as the garage. I even texted him to see if he was still coming back out because I didn't go anywhere for that week because I was waiting to hear back from him. He never responded back at all. How ever that was about a month ago. The second exterminator Anthony came out he was very nice and professional. He said that Antonio asked him to come over to check on the traps. Anthony actually went on top of roof and found 3 openings which he said were large enough for anything to get into. He sealed them as well as the front of the home where he explained to me that it was another opening that these nasty critters were possibly getting into the house. He also put sticky traps into the garage which has caught 3 of them the very next day. Thanks Antonio for sending out Anthony he did you proud! I was very satisfied with his service. Antonio I'm sure that you get swapped everyday but please in the future if you give a person your word of doing anything keep it! Or at least respect them enough to respond back to their calls and texts messages explaining why you're not able to make it. Or the fact that you're not coming back out and is sending another tech to my home.because it had been awhile since I had heard from you. I'm just happy that I was home at the time. Because Anthony listened to me and understood my fear and made me feel a little better by actually getting on top of the roof to check for entry ways, he even took photos to show me. So shout out to Mr.Anthony for doing such a great job!
