Recently I had made a complaint of Massey services and I can say they took it seriously and gave me the opportunity to discuss with them and the provided sincere apologies and offered solutions to the issues I had. Massey services Inc installed Termite baits and they broke my sprinkler pipes. I got to know once my contractor dig around the leak. As it was weekend Massey customer service said they cannot do anything and as I have contractor who already digged I had to pay him 250$ and complete the work. On monday I called customer service and shared the pictures of the damage and few days later they called and said they would have repaired for 20$ and I paid over and cannot reimburse, I asked them to come a

STAY AWAY FROM MASSEY! Fishy! Their technician came to put some granules in mulch area but that never helped to get rid of weed in mulch area. When I talked to their general/service manager he told me that they don't offer service to treat mulch area. I don't understand it. Why the technician came and told me that his purpose of visit is to put the granules and charged my credit card. 4 days back he had already visited to treat the lawn, why another visit in 4 days just to put granules which was
