Incredible service and prompt! They did a full walk around and inspection of my house. Identified what likely suspects were, and then came up with a schedule and gameplan for how to trap and remove them safely. Hopefully we won’t have any critters anytime soon but if so, I know who I’m calling!

Rich came to our property and investigated the issue of squirrels in our house, within the same day he and his team solved the issue. Rich had extremely reasonable pricing and sealed up all the damaged entry points. He is very responsive and is very knowledgeable about all wildlife and treatments/solutions.

We had a family of flying squirrels trapped in our gas fireplace. Victor was able to get them out and sealed up our house. They got the job done quickly, offered reasonable prices with no gimmicks. Very thankful and pleased.

I called Catch a Critter due to a rat snake lodged in the exterior corner wall on my patio. Rich, who is the owner called me back, came out, assessed the situation; called his technician and he was out with in 20-30 minutes to remove a small piece of siding and remove the snake quickly. Awesome service and they beat the cost of their competitors by a couple of hundred dollars. 🙌🏼

Richard did an excellent job of explaining to me why chipmunks were in my backyard and how to get rid of them. He trapped 4 chipmunks for me. I highly recommend him for his knowledge of wildlife and his great customer service.

Catch A Critter is a great company! They handled are squirrel problem in our attic so well. Their quote for the service was very reasonable compared to other companies, and no surprises as the service was completed. The employees are very nice, efficient, prompt and the quality of work is excellent. Richard, the owner, responds promptly to questions and concerns. And the warranty for the work is also great. Richard and his team have done a GREAT job for us. We’ve had squirrels in our attic on and off for years. We’d go up and think we chased ‘em out. Hah! There were holes they’d chewed for themselves, we’d never have succeeded on our own. When the team patched the holes, they set up traps to catch the remaining varmints. Took over a week, and they came back every day. Our attic is now nice and quiet! We’re thrilled with their service!

Update: There has been work done in the beginning and seals of the main entry points had been done, which Richard and I have a record of for proof of what he did do. The week of seemed like the rat situation was getting better only to find out they have made entry holes else and the weeks after that was horrifying, Richard and I have proof of that too. At this point little to no communication has been made and miscommunication only to find out he wasn’t even in town. So we were left with no heads up so we wouldn’t panic about not being able to reach him after paying, got a few visits and then no communication after several phone calls and text messages and voicemails were left for him when things got real bad, all this added up to being scammy on his part. We did manage to move around the traps that were left and several traps that we bought at Home Depot which were just as effective to get the job done. We didn’t get word back from him until he came back , which he did stop by to visit only after the damage was done. But we appreciate the work he did do, the communication just should’ve been better so we had better understanding on what we were dealing with. Letting us know that he wasn’t going to be reachable for a month is important in a situation like this where there little to no knowledge of dealing with rats on our part.

I highly recommend you call Catch A Critter if you have critters in your attic, I would give them a 10 Star Rating if it was available! Within 2 days my attic was secured and the squirrels were gone. Working with Richard (owner) gave me that feeling you have of trust when working with a family member. I had called them in desperation after being scammed and ignored by another Critter service and still had squirrels in my attic. Richard restored my faith that there are still companies that offer service above and beyond my expectations!!
