Arrow Exterminators - North Metro Atlanta Commercial Services

I have been using this pest control company for several years, and until recently, I had never experienced any issues with their service. Last month, they sent a technician who appeared to be very inexperienced and unprofessional. During the visit, I did not observe any actual pest control treatment being performed. Because I was concerned that the service had not been completed properly, I called the company and requested that they send a different technician to redo the treatment. They agreed and told me someone would come back. Unfortunately, no one ever returned, and I never received any follow-up communication. Today, I called again to ask when the technician would be coming. Instead of scheduling the service they had promised, I was simply informed that my service had been canceled without any notice or explanation. After being a loyal customer for years, this was extremely disappointing. Poor communication, failure to honor a promised service, and canceling a customer’s account without informing them is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this location based on my experience. If you are looking for a reliable pest control company that values its long-term customers and stands behind its service, I would encourage you to look elsewhere.
