Alpharetta Exterminating

Made an appointment and they didn't show up. Called and left VM and didn't get a response.

We have used Alpharetta Exterminating for 4 years for our home. Jackie came out today and did our winter appointment and sprayed inside and out. Even while he was here, we had a bug come out from hiding (so this stuff works!). Whenever Mike or Jackie come out, they always are super nice, friendly, and make sure we are taken care of. They always go the extra mile to check for wasps and yellow jackets (summer and fall) and make sure they spray the entire yard for ants in the spring. We love the fact they are a family-owned and operated business and they do a fantastic job. We will continue to use their service as long as they are in business. Thank you!!

These guys are the best at what they do! I have never been so well taken care of in my life and they make sure the job gets done. I can't believe how reasonable the prices were and will continue to only use this company.

I had service with these folks for almost 15 years and was very disappointed at how our relationship ended. In 2010 i signed a 10 year termite contract with them. This last December (2014) i received a letter from them telling me that my 5 year contract was up and that i needed to have my home re-treated. I called them and told them that i had the 10 year contract right in front of me and asked them why they thought i should have to pay for re-treatment? They told me that since i had not had the annual inspection done, which was totally their fault as they had not contacted me for two years to set up the annual inspection, that i had to pay for a new 5 year treatment. I thought this was very unfair as it was there responsibility to contact me about the annual inspections. I had the inspections done each year they contacted me to do so. They are the ones that had dropped the ball on this occasion. After calling many times and never having my phone calls responded to or returned. I left messages many times! I finally spoke with Myra and offered to pay for half of the new 5 year contract as i thought this was very fair since i still believe it was their fault that my 10 year contact was null and void since i had missed two years of annual inspections. They declined and told me that i would have to pay for a new 5 year contract at the a a reduced price. She told me that they would offer me the plan at 50% off, which was $500, but she lied about that as she had already told me earlier that the new plan would be $450. It is obvious to me that these people are lairs and they probably did not notify me of my annual inspections just so they could charge me for a new contract and to get out of the 10 year contract that they never intended to honor. They were terrible at returning phone calls and just wanted to take my money and not do their job. As i said, i had been with them for almost 15 years and this is how they treated me and my family.
