I have been with them for 10 years and have been very pleased. This year, Scott did my inspection a couple weeks ago, and went over my renewal treatment which was up this year. They told me last year that it was going to more expensive than normal. The Termidor treatment done today by Kyle was done in a little over an hour, even with having to drill holes on some of the concrete, which were sealed after they were done. Great service goes a long way, and All Exterminating has always provided great service, with a friendly and helpful team.

All Exterminators went above and beyond to help us with our liquid termite treatment at our home. There was a misunderstanding between us and the salesman initially, but the ownership and management stepped in and took care of things. I appreciate them working with us for the past 16 years and hope to continue into the future.

He took time to explain things to me, debunk some thing I read online and give me actual helpful advice on things to do. After speaking with several other companies, I called this one and the receptionist connected me with Ryan, who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and kind. He told me a few things to try first. Upon further inspection from myself, I decided I really did need him to come out and he came same day! The team was very respectful and communicative. Great service!

We had Squirrels in our attic, after getting some crazy estimates from several companies, David came out and gave us an honest estimate to eliminate the problem. He repaired our roof issues quick and within a couple days, no more squirrels. Highly recommend.

He spent time listening to our needs and came up with the ideal package for me and my husband. He went over and above to make the situation right. I've worked with this business and family for years and have always had a great experience. We recently moved into a new home in Johns Creek. After all the leaves fell, I noticed that I had damage from Beaver activity in the pond behind my home. After much online research, I determined I wasn't going to be able to handle the situation myself and was going to have to spend a ton of cash to remove the beavers so I called Sarah at All Exterminating to send someone out and have the pests removed professionally. Ryan came out to my home just a couple days later and was able to show me that yes there was beaver activity but it was very old and not currently a nuisance like I had believed. He could've very easily put me on an expensive plan to get rid of something that wasn't even there based on the level of my concern and instead he let me know that I was in good shape and actually didn't need his services this time like I had in the past. Great local and honest, family owned business that I highly recommend!
