I had a positive experience with Evolution Pest Services. Their turnaround time was impressive, responding to my request and scheduling a visit much quicker than expected. Communication throughout the process was clear and direct, so I knew exactly what to expect. I also appreciated their flexibility; they were willing to adjust their arrival time to fit my schedule on short notice. If you need efficient and straightforward pest inspection/control, they are a solid choice.

I was a long-standing customer. John confirmed an appointment with me for my house and my rental property. He treated my rental property but not my house. He claimed that I missed a bill, which is untrue. I have the receipts. John did not contact me to work it out but rather decided to close my account without notice. I found out there was an issue through my tenant. Highly unprofessional and not recommended.

John and his staff do an incredible job. Every visit they always check to make sure we are not experiencing any problems. We have been using Evolution for years and highly recommend their services.
