Absolutely the best!!! So helpful, from the office to the field! We love them! They do amazing work and we have trusted them now with 3 homes in the past 15 or so years! Nick is our favorite tech and I would pay extra if it was required to keep him as our tech!!!

The treatment is fast (usually an hour or less for the Canton Termite professionals), and it delivers precise, computer-calculated termiticide with high-pressure injection, spaced closely around your home's perimeter, creating a powerful termite barrier for 10 years. If I hadn't watched the application, I never would've known our property had been treated, as this system leaves your landscaping and concrete surfaces undisturbed. Mr. William Botts, Termite/Wildlife Sales Supervisor, was a pleasure to speak with and thoroughly inspected our property, answered all of our questions without hesitation, and wrote us a very reasonable quote. Ms. Jennifer in the office (who is welcoming and lovely to work with) promptly scheduled us for treatment and gave us names of the team members who'd be servicing our property. On treatment day, Jacob Baka and Jesse Christopher were right on time, totally prepared, very positive, and willingly answered any and all questions. We were extremely impressed; both Jacob and Jesse were knowledgeable about the termite, pest control, and wildlife exclusion industry, and both were thoughtful and sincere, with excellent customer service skills. Before treatment began, Jacob reviewed all the prepared paperwork with us, including our quote, and everything was exactly as discussed earlier--as well as easy to understand. Jacob and Jesse demonstrated great expertise with the Termidor HPII system, and they worked efficiently and cleanly as two capable and very hard workers. When they'd finished, we received copies of all our paperwork with information about our termiticide application. What an easy, positive, and gratifying termite treatment experience! So, yes, I'm thrilled with Canton Termite & Pest Control. They will be my first and only call for all pest control in the future. So thankful for William and his wildlife control! He caught an o’possum for us, and to our shock- she delivered six babies while inside the cage! He handled them all beautifully and got them safely rehomed away from our house. They are top notch and so responsive!

We found Canton Termite & Pest Control through Better Business Bureau and had them come out for a termite inspection and treatment. William, the inspector, found the termite area along with discovering we had bats in our attic vent grates. He recommended the termite treatment and discussed the humane removal for the bats. Brent and Jacob did the termite treatment and Jacob returned to deal with the bats. We recommend this company, they did a thorough inspection and treatment. William, Jacob, and Brent were knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Their receptionist, Jennifer, was also friendly and helpful.

Nic is amazing at what her does. He definitely knows his stuff. Very personable and thorough. He explained things so that we could understand and gave us really good tips for pest prevention. I highly recommend Canton Termite and Pest control. If you can get Nic , you won’t be disappointed.

My experience with Canton Termite & Pest Control could not have been better. William Botts was my representative and was thorough and willing to answer all my questions regarding the process as if it were the first time he was hearing them. Once the work was scheduled, Jacob and Brent came out and they too were very customer friendly and did an outstanding job. Each of these gentlemen are an asset to the company and why I will be calling them with any issues I may have in the future. I highly recommend.

I was sitting on the couch one morning having my first cup of coffee and I heard a loud scratching noise coming from my kitchen. I could hear that an animal had made its way into the exhaust pipe over my oven. It scared me to think what it might be. Will was referred to me from a family member and he was out at my home within 45 minutes. Such a kind , friendly and calming individual. I have two young daughters and they were a little scared. Will was so quick and removed the exhaust pipe and used a camera to see what type of animal first. Discovered it was a bird and was able to remove the bird unharmed and released it back into the wild. He put everything back together and made sure my young girls saw the bird was unharmed and even let them watch him release the bird. Thanks for the exceptional service and coming out so quick! Will definitely be using them again.

William at Canton Termite is great!! He is very responsive and knowledgeable. He is always my first call to help take care of my clients’ pest control/termite needs, and at my personal home as well!

We had a rodent issue come up in our basement after hours….in the wall, which is a fear of most homeowners. We use Canton Termite and Pest for our yearly pest control needs and my husband called them the next morning they said they could come out that afternoon. William Botts came and examined our house and the area in our basement and determined we had a few field mice in there. Using his nifty tools he was able to cut out a piece of the sheetrock without it being too much of a bear to repair in the future, and even covered it with a panel. While he was in there he found more mice than originally thought, but took care of the issue. After he was done, he inspected our home for possible entryways where future rodents could come in and advised us of remedies. While my daughter was upset over the deceased rodents, William went above and beyond to give her a coloring book with pictures of mice and other animals to color, thus helping her sadness over the mice. William was professional, courteous and I appreciate the sweet gesture regarding the coloring book for my daughter. Every interaction with the staff at Canton Pest is always a pleasure. Nick Allday is another tech that has helped us greatly as well in the past. Thank you William and the staff at Canton Pest Control! 😊

Just had Will Botts come out to the house to do an inspection. His level of professionalsim, expertise, customer service oriented and through explanations and tips was outstanding! In a day and age when customer service is lacking, it was comforting to see that it still exists. A home is a big investment and one wants to know that the service one is getting to take care of the home is top notch. So glad I reached out to Canton Termite and Pest Control in Canton. Highly recommend giving them a call. You won't be disappointed!
