Whatever you do, do not go with this service! The actual service they provide is stellar, the customer service is absolutely horrible. I was told I would get a bundle and after three months of being overcharged, I called and wanted a small refund. I was willing to even pay an increased amount $113 instead of the $99 I was promised. They would not refund me $200 I was owed for the problem. This level of dishonesty and unwillingness to help when they make a mistake is just not worth it. I was hone
I've been a customer since 2019. These folks have done a great job for me. I have a large wooded lot behind my treated yard, but my tech, Steve Brown, is very thorough and treats my whole area so that I am mostly mosquito free. They use strong sprayers and wear protective clothes. This tells me I've hired a serious company, not some fly-by-night group that might not really be spraying anything. William, the inspector, found the termite area along with discovering we had bats in our attic vent grates. He recommended the termite treatment and discussed the humane removal for the bats.
