Common-sense people to work with at a reasonable price. If Northwest says they'll take care of the problem, they mean it. For several years our previous service promised over, and over to get the fire ants out of my kitchen. They were never able to deliver their promises. Northwest solved the problem in one visit. I highly recommend this company!

We have received superb service from the Northwest Exterminating Team at the Canton, Georgia location for our home in Big Canoe, Georgia, for many years. We receive regular pest service from Wes and termite inspection service from Zac and Caleb. All of these technicians and the dispatchers, Jenna and Hannah, are excellent and responsive to customers.. Earlier this month, Zac and Caleb kindly caulked and sealed an attic window in our home free of charge as part of their termite inspection service. We very much appreciate this excellent service from the Northwest team.
The technicians are knowledgeable and do a great job.

When we initially called this company we were having issues with critters getting in the walls down in our basement. We could hear them scratching at different times. The technician came out and sold us on getting traps set down in the basement ceiling as well as getting on our roof and putting in place screens by the ridges and roof vents that was allowing wildlife access to our basement walls. He wrote up a contract and it was going to be over $3,000 so we knew this needed to be done but had to save up the money. So when we called back to give the go ahead, that technician no longer worked for them and they sent someone else out. We signed a new contract and they came out and set the traps and did the work on the roof. We paid the $3,000. Only saw these folks one time after paying. There is no service after the sale! We haven’t heard anymore critters in the walls which is great. But the company hasn’t come back out to check the traps. I’m thinking what was in the walls left and then when they did the work, the critters couldn’t get back in. That’s all fine and dandy but we still have traps set and nobody has come out but one time to check them. It’s not the responsibility of the homeowner to get up in the ceiling to check the traps. I realize if there was a dead animal in our ceiling basement we would probably smell it if it was a large animal like a squirrel. But we are getting older and shouldn’t have to call a company back out to check traps and to keep the lines of communication open to keep your customers. Just received a call today 03/10/2025 asking if we wanted to renew our contract. Why would I want to pay this company another $3,000 and never see them?

I purchased a new home and the previous owners used northwest. When I moved in I found a local pest control company to do business with, as I prefer local over large corporations. Northwest came on my property without notice, removed the other companies termite traps I paid for, and left. In addition, because they didn’t tell me they were coming out, my dogs were out. As the northwest employee was illegally stealing my property, my dogs ripped apart 3 sets of blinds in my house, causing hundreds of dollars worth of damage. I will be filing a police report. Never do business with this company.
Whatever you do, do not go with this service! The actual service they provide is stellar, the customer service is absolutely horrible. I was told I would get a bundle and after three months of being overcharged, I called and wanted a small refund. I was willing to even pay an increased amount $113 instead of the $99 I was promised. They would not refund me $200 I was owed for the problem. This level of dishonesty and unwillingness to help when they make a mistake is just not worth it. I was honestly shocked. I canceled my service and will be looking for another service. She didn't even fight for the account at all. She just said, Ok. I guess they just have so many customers that I don't matter.

They want to charge you a monthly rate make you sign a yearly contract when the only service quarterly. 4 times a year . You should be charged for the service 4 times a year nit monthly what a scam
Was very responsive on the initial call. Technician came out right away......sold us on all their services....pest control and critter / rodent control. Now having issues with squirrels in attic and can't get them to call me back.........left two messages, was put on hold for five minutes and then disconnected, sent email even and NO RESPONSE. Very frustrating and really unacceptable

I was initially very happy with the service I was getting from NW in 2021. Over time however we've had a number of problems and I will not be renewing my contract with them next year. As soon as I paid this year they told me Rashid would not be working on my properties anymore. I was disappointed but if it was really the best for Rashid I understood. I preferred Rashid after having an exceptionally negative and terrifying experience with another employee at this company who called animal control on my cop neighbor and then kept coming back to "check on the dogs." Obviously no one wants their cop neighbor upset with them and he was very angry and under the impression WE called. Nothing was wrong with the dogs and I was promised this employee would not return and only Rashid would come out. That lasted for about a year. Now someone else comes and no one let's us know in advance. They are supposed to give notice as tenants are involved. I've told them over and over. They don't do this anymore so I can't let them in to receive the service I'm paying for. What's the point? It's really gone downhill sharply this year and I'm done throwing money at this company for nothing.
Read the fine print. Termite mound / bait stations are not "sold" to the homeowner. If you don't pay the $250-350 yearly inspection fee they will pressure you into letting them come remove them from your property. Failure to let them remove a product, paid for by the builder/prior owner, will result in Northwest Exterminating "reporting you to DOW chemical". Five years of this would equal $1250.00. I can buy the same termite bait stations from ebay for less than$150.00.
