I hate to leave negative reviews but this company earned it. We hired them on the recommendation of our neighbors who had a good experience. We had our landscaping done in 2020 and then in 2022 we had a nice lawn established and turned it over to king green for maintenance and to keep the weeds out. Within a couple months we noticed bare patches where the grass died and over another couple of months it kept spreading like a disease. I spoke to our tech about it who supposedly texted her boss

He spent 5 minutes on the font lawn. Didn't cover all areas and never went to the backyard at all. I have been suspecting that he has not been treating the backyard and my son and I watched today and saw that he didn't treat the sides or back and spent more time walking my bill to the door than treating the lawn.

I understand he applied a pre-emergent. and that that should be watered in.However, 30 minutes after application we had torrential downpours. I would expect better judgment on when they make the application. Certainly not a day like today. Complete waste of your time and my money
