Couldn’t ask for a more professional business to take care of this for me. I had a B swarm issue and even on a Sunday he made time to come out and help me in a time of need. Waves Pest Control showed up to save the day at a rental property when guests complained that ants had invaded their food items. It was SOS on a weekend, and Waves was able to get someone out promptly. Needless to say the problem was solved and we have signed up for maintenance treatment because we were pleased with their customer service, promptness, reliability and effectiveness. Highly recommend.

Absolutely shocked on the service that Waves provides! First-initially called them on a Sunday morning and an actual person (very sweet nice woman) answered the phone and scheduled our appointment for the next day! Second- came on time of scheduled appointment, took care of the issue and even recommend simple care we can do on our own, never tried to sell me a monthly service! Third, followed up with a second visit on time, and even went to a clients house to analyze a situation without an appointment scheduled after I told him their house was close to mine during their follow up visit to my house. Basically, the kind of service we all have forgotten about because it just does t happen anymore….Highly Recommend!!!!

Great service. Come when they say, answer their phone promptly, get to talk to the person who is actually doing the treatment, able to communicate the situation directly and feel that is understood and being addressed!
