Our first service was great. Super friendly and helpful techs. I hadn't hears about when our next service would take place since our problem was not solved with the first appointment, so I called to find out. Apparently, I was automatically scheduled for my next service at a time that was not convenient. I was told that there were NO afternoon appointments in the next 2 weeks. After rearranging my entire schedule today to make this appointment work, someone (not me or my husband) canceled today

Beware of this company , they asked me for my debit card information ahead of time to put it in their system , alright understandable, they gave me an appointment so I had to miss work waiting for them to come just for nobody to ever reach out to me or come do the service , so after waiting all day for to reach out or the specialist to arrive I finally called just to find out the supposed appointment had been canceled, alright I give them another chance because they already had my debit card inf
