This company is completely unreliable. I canceled my subscription after they only showed up once in 6 months, and my mosquito problem was never resolved. Despite calling in advance to cancel the service, I later received a $540 bill. When I contacted customer service, they assured me the charge would be removed, acknowledging that the service was barely provided. However, I continue to receive bills and even collection attempts. I recently had a great experience with Arrow Pest Control. If you’re fortunate enough to have Mark as your technician, you’ll benefit from his extensive knowledge and expertise in identifying and eliminating household pests. He is professional, thorough, and takes the time to ensure the problem is properly addressed. Summary of 2024: I hired Arrow in May of last year. 4 months in my lawn died off. They blamed the previous lawn care service. Well, here we go again. Large sections of the lawn are dying off.
