I had a 1 year contract thru my builder. A tech came to my property 3 months prior to contract ending. He rang my bell and I didn't answer. But, he came on my property to inspect without consent or permission or appointment. He kicked holes into the mulch surrounding our home exposing my irrigation drip lines and bringing up sand. Luckily I was home out back on a work call and asked him who he was and why he was making a mess by kicking mulch onto my lawn. I told him to stop and put it all back.
