First time using Al Harris services. I called for an estimate to have someone inspect our rental property for pests and rodents. They let me know the visit to evaluate the property was no charge, and the tech would let me know what services they suggest and give me an estimate once they complete the evaluation. The tech, Derek Byrnes, inspected the property, including the attic and roof, in a matter of 20 minutes and said he didn't see any issue and explained why. That was it. No pressure to buy an annual package or other services. He was very friendly and clearly honest and fair. We got his card and definitely plan to use Al Harris for pest control if and when needed.
