Company refuses to credit my deposit of $750 I had placed prior to both hurricanes that we have experienced in the Bradenton Florida area. I placed this deposit on 9-26-2024 and as of today 11-9-2024 with many phone calls, emails, etc I still to date have not received my deposit that they promised to return being nothing was ever done. This is very poor of the Company to hold / not return my deposit for something that never occurred. You may want to think twice about using this company known to take advantage of people for free money in a bad situation. Update 11-11, deposit has been credited.

Dell the owner came by my house to inspect for termites. He didn’t see evidence of them so he didn’t recommend I tent my house. I’m grateful he was honest. I would recommend them!! They also took care of my mom’s tenting needs as well. Glad I could save some money and get some peace of mind.

Total Termite was great to work with from start to finish. I hired total termite to tent my home after discovering a termite infestation. I met with Brian a week before the scheduled tenting and he did an excellent job explaining the process and showing us the preparations we had to make prior to the tenting date. Extremely professional. On time and the tech explained everything before starting. Gabe was very friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. We're begining our second year in this home and our second time using their service.

We have used this company to tent our trailor and we had roof damage we were not told that when we signed the contract found out after the fa t they could ya e said that when they provided there services now we r stuck with leaking from our carport and sunroom please folks read the contract before you sign it because they won't pay for any repairs on damage they have done

Company tented home. We paid the annual fee to provide a warranty. Termites discovered. Called and the owner came out and “spot” treated an area. A few months later termites appeared again. Since we had paid another annual fee for warranty it was determined that they would have to re-tent the entire home again. We relocated to local motel for two days. Upon return we discovered that the workers had somehow knocked two large framed pieces of artwork off the wall in the stairwell leading to the second floor. We called and spoke to the owner. Believing the owner to be a man of his word, we were advised to get a repair estimate. We submitted the $600.00 estimate as instructed. No response. Sent a second and third letter, again without a response. This is a very unprofessional business. Hire them at your own risk. Their word means nothing.

Cat Killers. Deliberately. They don't inform neighbors of their tenting, and then actually make jokes about a stray cat. One of the workers joked, yes joked, that it would be the last time my cat played Hide and Seek. These people are heartless. I called and the receptionist laughed when I told her what they said. These people consider any living thing a pest to be killed and have no soul. I have asked them in the past to carry small firecrackers they could throw under the house to scare out any strays. They can't be bothered. Don't use them. Heartless bastards.

This Company doesn't know what they're doing out there with multiple lawsuits and violations (I copied the most recent below). I thoroughly enjoyed one of their employees hanging out the passenger side of their busted-windshield truck making lewd gestures and screaming profanity when I passed them. They sped up to fly by and almost rear-ended a semi. What a great company with super classy employees.
