Khalyd was very thorough and amazing at what he does. Every question I asked he answered and made sure I was comfortable with the service being provided.

Amazing service from PIE all around with every interaction I have. Today with my technician Brennon I explained to him my worries about the weeds and I knew with his explanation and service he has me covered. He sprayed my lawn beautifully and explained what each thing would do to help AND after he was done spraying he took his back pack to all of the weeds directly! Very helpful and will be using PIE forever!!

I had called in for a service call and the technician sent out was Brennon and he was absolutely perfect! His service was excellent in explaining what he could do for my lawn. My lawn is really starting to brighten up since signing up with PIE; and with Brennons help I know it will start to look even better in due time!

Spoke with Justin about things in the lawn and he informed me about frost damage from the cold front we had. He helped me understand what do to about it and how to counter act it. He’s a great technician and I really appreciate all of his help! My lawn looks great otherwise!

The worst service ever. The weeds took over my entire yard. They don't take responsibility. I had new st Augustine lawn that is only 1 year old and it was perfect than they took over and weeds didn't stop.... I contacted them back on their reply and they didn't call back. All they care is their payment.

Beware of service. I had so much weeds and crabgrass that I had to replace new sod. I prepaid for 1 year service and now they say I owe them 2 months of service.

Would rate zero stars if I could. This is an unethical company and they can’t be trusted. They will say they treated your yard and not actually do the work. They will charge you after saying they won’t.

ZERO STARS Our Lawn has continually gotten worse. Many phone calls and even a manager came to check it out. I now have large sections of my lawn where the grass has died. They came and replaced 5 small plugs of grass stating it would grow and fill back in. We have given them ample chances to correct this. Sadly it's a waste of time and energy. Next step is to cancel them.

I have tried for the last two months to get a resolution to the damage done to my screen cage with sprayed chemicals. The girl in the office was super kind and promised somebody would be in touch with me weeks have gone by and I still have not gotten an answer back from management. I have serviced my contract with planet Earth for the last two years Very disappointed that they cannot respond to me to resolve my cage issue my Black screens have White spray all over them. Very disappointed Update 2 months later extensive phone calls and home visits both by Plant it Earth and anothe Company to attempt to remove overspray and damage remains Plant it Earth I have been very patient in resolving your issue. Please be responsible and settle this damage by sending payment to replace damage to screens. This has gone on for far too long!!!

If I didn't have to give a star rating, I would choose zero. It takes a lot for me to write a negative review, but after reflecting on it for a while and observing the state of our grass, along with the money we've wasted on their services, I felt compelled to share this to spare others from the hassle, frustration, and financial loss. PIE was supposed to service our yard during the first week of each month, but they failed to show up (March). After about a week and a half, I had to reach out and follow up. I was told they would come by at the end of that month, resulting in a 7-8 week gap from the last service. The representative on the phone also mentioned that they are not required to come at the same time each month and can visit whenever their schedule permits, as long as it occurs within the month. Our grass had not been looking good for several months, but I attributed it to winter. However, a month later, as spring transitioned into summer, the grass continued to decline. I waited for the next treatment of our yard, assuming they would inform me or note it on the paperwork, but nothing was communicated. I called to inquire about the poor condition of our grass, and the representative said someone would return my call. I waited, but no one called. I reached out again, and the representative assured me that someone would come to assess the situation. I waited again, but no one arrived. I called once more, and the representative promised that a manager would contact me, as I was becoming increasingly frustrated, still unaware of why our grass looked so bad. And guess what? No one called, not even the manager (about two weeks of trying to get a response). I ultimately decided to terminate their service. I wrote them a letter detailing my reasons for canceling my service. I received no reply, not even an acknowledgment regarding the cancellation. Two days after sending the letter to their email and through the 'contact us' section on their website, I had to call them again because they left a voicemail informing me that they would be coming to service the yard (the usual monthly service), and I didn’t want to be charged again for nothing. I informed the representative who answered the phone that I had canceled my service, and I inquired if she had received my letter. She confirmed she had but mentioned she didn't have time to read it, (“I didn’t have time to read it" were her words). She then asked if I wanted a manager to call me. I agreed to a call so I could explain my reasons for canceling, as I believe that if I were a manager who cared about my business, I would want to know about dissatisfied customers. However, at the end of the day, it seems they truly do not care, as I never heard from anyone. I absolutely do not recommend PIE. In addition to the terrible, indifferent customer service, they also neglected to take proper care of my yard, leading to unsightly dead patches throughout. See the attached images. One of the pictures displays a patch of lush green grass, which was representative of 95% of the yard's condition prior to PIE's negligence in its maintenance. Do not waste your money!

NO STARS (had to put 1 to post) - worst company ever! Don't trust them - they killed my yard and are doing nothing about it. I've tried numerous times to contact them. I paid in advance and they won't refund my money. Asked to have a manager call and nobody called back and my prepaid money has not been refunded. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY>

I don’t know what kind of deal the company granted with whoever gave 4 star reviews but I’ve been serviced at least 6 months with Plant it Earth and my lawn has only gotten worse and to top it off, they never come when they say they do. I have a new construction home. EVEN THE LAWN was FRESH. On top of the terrible growth, the service is always late, don’t give a heads up or anything. No more. No thank you. I’m done.

They have been servicing my law for more than a year. I called months ago about two trees that my landscaper said looked like they needed treatments. They told me a person was coming to assess. Then they told me treatments would start in two weeks. One of the trees looks dead! I called and said maybe the treatment isn’t working and was told - we have never treated any of your trees!! What?! I asked to have a manager call me and no one has!! This is how they treat a long time customer!

I have used them for a year now and my grass is very, very bad. It was never like this when I used my own fertilizer. They came up twice to see and still bad condition 😢My neighbor that is not doing anything has better grass! I am so unhappy!
