Pestbear stopped by my house and sold me their service by telling me the company that was doing my yard was not doing a good job. I switched to them even though the only issue I had at the time was a small amount of weeds and a small section of grass on the right side of my driveway was brown. My yard has always been under treatment since it was installed and has never looked worse since Pestbear took over. My service tech was Fredrick and he was very rude. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! So many lies to much back and forth. I should have cancelled when they missed my first scheduled appointment. Promised a manger would come treat my yard. Only for him to show up with nothing on his truck to treat it and was told someone would be back in a few days to treat. Stay Far Away! I was approached by Tony, a sales guy who knew the industry and promised they were different. Come to find out, he’s the type of salesman that gives all salesman a bad rap. He didn’t know their offerings and misrepresented their overall services. I was unaware of this until they sent a customer service rep (Jeramie Boyer) who disputed several of Tony’s claims. For one, their “tree and shrub” service doesn’t include Plams! That might be useful info in Florida but not a detail Ton
