Pest Armor provided tremendous service today! Called Michelle about ghost ants and Michael was out at our place on LBK with two hours. Michael took the time needed to explain everything to us and took all the steps to ensure our ant problem goes away. What an expert! Pest Armor has been providing this type of service to us for the last 4 years as well as to many of our neighbors. We highly recommend them!

I am a Realtor and CAM licensed. When I need resolution to pest issues; I can honestly say Pest Armor is reliable and and get the job done. Easy to work with and they ANSWER the phone, locally. All the technicians for my three properties are very thorough. They look at the property every visit. Taking that time. They ask if there; "any issues." since the last maintenance visit. They have or can get the answers- Offer preventive recommendations. Not a "spray and run" to the next place, for a money grab. I am happy to recommend Pest Armor as an effective and reliable company. (The company I use before was purchased by a bigger corporate group in Jacksonville, Just getting a time to expect the tech and then the important information about gaining entry was not forwarded to the local employees- so many miscommunications!)

Pestarmor is fantastic! Not only does the company take care of the Village Oaks community and does an outstanding job they also complete WDO (wood dwelling organism) inspections (for refi in my case). Kris Cafiero came out personally, he is the owner, within 2 days of my call. The price is the best I could find and he was not only personable but thorough. He inspected the entire home, checking baseboards as well as into the attic. Great service, and a good guy. His office staff was incredible. Highly recommend!
