Was a good company when it was small business ran. Swat took over and can't even get my 55 gallon drum refilled. Not real hard to do.

Was a good company until they were bought by Swat which they didn’t inform anyone about. We haven’t had a tech come fill our tank since April. I’ve called twice to ask them to come out and no one showed up for either appointment.

My system has been broken for over a year, and I paid for their quarterly visits. They do not answer my calls or text which I send monthly. I have requested a tech and still nothing. I do not recommend.

Was great until they got acquired by SWAT systems and did not tell anyone. Tank has been empty since May 17th and first they said you were supposed to have service on May 28th, then said we'll have someone on June 4th When I called on the 4th to see where the guy is they said, we'll just reschedule. These guys are more annoying than the mosquitos they claim to kill.

This System doesn’t work. I saw no difference with mosquitoes. This place is basically one giant Scam auto bill operation. I paid $3k x 2 for two systems and never used the second one and called over twenty times looking for a refund because all the promises they made about it working were lies and numerous times they played games and promised me they would work with me and get me a refund and now I’m going to have to sue them to get my money back. BUYER BEWARE
