The best of the best! I used Key 2 Pest control in 2018 when i purchased my little 1954 cottage and after 2 stores last year that flooded our town I have been keeping a close watch. Sure enough I found evidence of termites a week ago, Called Carol at Key 2 and she had Heath out same day, found both dry woods and subs, they had bait stations in for the subs in 2 days and house tented in 3. Heath explained what to look for on the subs (Formosans ugh) and showed me where he found the wings on the dry woods! So grateful they were so fast responding!

Kind of think it's a scam. So 1 year ago in July I noticed termites. Set up for treatment with this company, never met the people. They drove by and gave me an estimate. I left early the day of treatment but they didn't end up actually applying the tarp till the afternoon, like 3pm. which is fine but then the tarp was taken off the next day at by 7am. So it was only on about 15 hrs or less for gassing. Everything I've researched online says it needs to be more than that. At least 24 hrs min. I called with my concerns and the lady told me it was fine. There were also beer bottles left at my house from the workers. Fast forward 1 year after in July it was time to renew the contract. I choose not to renew. 2 months later in September I'm seeing termites again in the exact same spot I saw them when I originally called. I know it was my choice to not renew but who wants to have to re tent there home every year that's crazy. I still feel they didn't leave the gas enough to actually correct the original issue.
