Hired this company for lawn services. They couldn't get the grass green after 4 months of treatments (new company fixed it in under 3 weeks). Never returned phone calls, office personnel thinks it's funny that management doesn't return phone calls. They promised a full refund several times and never sent the check. After another 5 months got a check of which they subtracted the 4 months during which they 'did the work'. Basically they can't do the work nor the customer service. Stay away!

We have been with them for eight months in the last few months. The cockroaches have taken over. They said they’d be right out to respray didn’t show up two weeks later we ask them again and they still didn’t show up. It’s been a month now trying to get them out here to respray. We are through with them. And yes, our account is up-to-date.
