Broke out into rash on right leg and arm call to notified them was told that product only have cedar oil n soaps and get refund they will approve it and thats was it ol look up product online and that was it no sorry it happen keep us updated or nothing just didnt care got me off phone no nothing buyer beware

This product is expensive and does not work. Don't waste your money!

What was the problem you had with the product. We don’t have record of any calls coming from a CL into customer service

Used the ratX exactly as directed and it did not work, rats ate it but it did nothing. Total waste of money!
