So sorry Christopher. We had a problem with our phone system last month and were in the process of having an entirely new telecommunications system installed. We lost a great deal of voicemails in the process. We really wish you had emailed us. If you look at the 100s and 100s of reviews on our website, you would see that we actually excel at customer service. Again, we're very sorry for the difficulty you had reaching us.

We purchased a system last year. Since then we haven’t been able to get in contact. We have emailed, called and even tagged on social media. Nothing.

We answered you each time you contacted us but YOU entered the wrong email address for yourself when you placed your order, therefore each time we replied to you, our email was rejected. We only discovered this after you left this review and then bragged on our Facebook page about the "shitty" review you left us. This was entirely YOUR fault.

We were excited about this product, however getting in touch with anyone or receiving a response from customer service regarding a quote / service request has been challenging to say the least. Phone goes straight to a recording and no call backs are made. Emails and contact requests are not responded to. Very disappointed in the customer service provided by this company.

I've been a Dead Fly Zone customer for a little over a year now and remain to be extremely happy with this product. I recently submitted a question regarding swapping out a part for my system. The reply was the same day and the problem resolved before even talking with me. Their prompt and professional response displays their commentment to their customers and their industry. What a breath of fresh air to engage with a company who truly cares for their customers and their products. If you're looking for a fantastic fly mitigation system for your barn (or other needs) I would highly recommend Dead Fly Zone!
