wasted my time driving across town. No help here I miss the DIY store in Venice. The guy in the store yesterday only wanted to sell me a package of things including a brand new sprayer because a used one wont work.

Bought product from them at least 3 plus years ago and has lasted until now with no issues. Just happy they are still open and going back this week for more. Very knowledgeable and to the point!

The person at the store is very unhelpful rude very bad attitude after I asked some questions about the product,he told me "I am just a clerk,we are done,are you going to buy it ? He has no idea what is a good customer service.I don't recommend this store to anyone.

Years ago, my mother had company that had just been in England. They have very old flats, apartments...full of bed bugs and the pest control service did NOT get rid of them. I found Bug Busters and they gave me the BEST spray and I did my Mom's house, my house and several friends who had trouble with roaches. That stuff got rid of EVERYTHING for a long time...no smell, I had many dogs that were not affected by it, and it DID THE JOB!!!! Now I can't remember what kind it was 😭. Hopefully they can help me find it. Great company!!!!!

Pretty much anything you want to get rid of……. Legally that is, they more than likely have a quality product for you. Very knowledgeable staff also. Much better than the big box stores!

I bought a chemical for bug elimination and I was charged $70.00. You can get the same product on Amazon for $39.00. biggest rip off ever.

I try to buy local when possible but not with this company. Found the exact products I purchased from them online for HALF THE PRICE and free shipping. Also, check your receipts! They have a line item called "check out fee" which added an additional $6.19 to my total. NO MORE Bug Busters for me!

I’ve been buying from Bug Busters since they opened on US41 in Sarasota, and their products are the best. And they are very knowledgeable about everything!!!

I have no idea how this man or business has five stars. We walked in and he was belligerent and obnoxious from the start. Maybe he just didn’t like myself and my wife!? But he was argumentative and belittling. We have tried three times to find this place open and got up early on a Saturday to go. From the moment we walked in he was rude. I wouldn’t recommend him or his business to anyone!!!

Extremely knowledgeable staff! Its time to spray the outside and inside of my house for pests (I do this every 3-4 months) and I was impressed with how much information was given to me at BugBusters. They explained in detail how to save money by doing it myself...and the prices were much less than I thought.

I told the staff the problem I was experiencing he explained to me exactly how much of the product to use, how often, and where to use it.
