The service was great last summer... I lived in an Oxford House and we had no complaints about the services, however, we terminated the service back in September and then I moved out of the Oxford House to the next phase of my life... Imagine my surprise when I get an $89 charge in March... I called and asked about it and explained that I moved out and he basically did not care. I terminated the contract in September and you wait 6 months to charge me and I am not responsible for that bill anymore. I terminated the contract in September and that was that, apparently it doesn't mean anything when they make a mistake and decide it doesn't matter who gets screwed to get that money. I am very upset as the house sets up bills that need to be paid and can't pay me right away. Do better

Great efficient service

I called for an estimate for termite tenting. Chris came out and said they will email an estimate. I got a call two days later and said another person was coming out to recheck. Since then I have called and left several messages. I can’t reach anyone in the office or get a call back. It’s ok if you don’t want to do the work but no communication is unprofessional.

I always make it a point to support local businesses because it’s the right thing to do—but this company completely failed me. I clearly told their team, both at my business and at my home, that I wanted to cancel. On both occasions, I was told there was no need to call and that they had taken care of it on their end. I even asked twice just to be sure, and they reassured me it was handled. Now, I’m being contacted by a manager named Becky, telling me I still owe a payment. Despite explaining multiple times that I had already canceled, she continued to insist on charging me. This experience was actually frustrating because I tried doing the right thing but the clearly didn’t.

Friendly and easy to work with, I had a mice remediation done last year, and it was a smooth process. They ensured to seal all possible entry points and are diligent at showing up on scheduled times. Staff are helpful with questions. I opted for the lifetime warranty - by keeping up with quarterly inspections (additional cost). I recently mentioned I’d seen another mouse while they were here (which I think got in when we left the garage door open for a period of time) and the tech was quick to offer an additional trap just in case- even though I had tossed the unwelcome guest out the door in the box he was in 😄. Overall, pleased with my experience so far.

My landlord hired this company but I'm leaving them a review cause she probably won't. These guys are great. They are ready to treat whatever problem you have on the spot. Jesse was very knowledgeable and friendly and knew exactly how to treat anything that came up. I highly recommend these guys for your pest control needs!

Dana from Brock 360 was very nice, and helpful. I'm not too familiar with Florida pests, and he treated for some ants and then advised me how to ensure they don't return.

Jesse was very professional, informative, and courteous. I could not have asked for better service. This was our first visit from Brock 360 as we only purchased the home in August. Please keep us on the quarterly schedule and the sentricon termite plan. Thank your company and especially Jesse for coming out promptly and dealing with both the ants and the onslaught of spiders on the lanai.

Dana was attentive to our needs. He went out of his way to identify a particular insect we found in our home. He was courteous and thorough.

Jesse did a nice job for us. He however did not come onto our Lanai which most of the time the other workers will service the Lanai.

Our neighbor referred Brock 360° to us and we just had them come in for the first time. Chris was great at his job and explained every question we had clearly. They even cleared the wasp nests and cleaned the pool cage for webs. We’re very pleased with their work. I definitely recommend them.

Steve who came for our re-service at our home yesterday was great. Called ahead, I was not ready for him to be here, he said he could push off the visit for an hour or so. We had been given advice to have as many bids as possible, after we discovered an infestation of flying termites in our kitchen. Paul, with Brock 360 was entirely correct in identifying the kind of termites and documenting the amount of damage in the infestation we were experiencing. It was almost laughable how inaccurate the other companies were. Paul spent about 15 minutes in our stifling hot attic, photographing evidence of our termite infestation. No other company bothered to go into the attic and one guy even told us that subterranean termites never reach any higher than partway up the wall! Brock 360 sent technicians out very quickly to treat our home. They even sent us a map to show us where the baits were installed around the perimeter of our home.

Pleasant personality, friendly and conscious of homeowners' needs and time. Thoroughly addressed problem and easy-to-approach. Thumbs up all around. We were out of town during the visit and I did not personally meet Victor but the weeds are dying so we are happy and looking forward to a beautiful lawn and the next visit.

Recently Brock 360 pest solutions come to our house to spray for unwanted pests. I've been using Brock 360 for a few years now and Steven the technician, has been very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and gave me advice on future preventive measures. They are a great company to deal with and will always give you a fair price. I've had other pest control companies, but I will definitely stay with Brock 360 and recommend them to anyone! Great job!
