Top notch outfit. From the quote to having the work done it was a great experience. Jason B was a great tech, easy to talk to, and showed exactly what he was doing during the process. Garrett set it all up and there were no hiccups. I would highly recommend TAPS.

Jason came to my home and was very pleasant and professional. He explained everything he was doing, including the solutions and treatments he applied both inside and outside. He also told me what to expect afterward, which I really appreciated. I felt his honesty and confidence in the process. After dealing with other pest control companies for ghost ants without the problem being resolved, I finally feel like Jason provided a very potent and thorough treatment. I truly feel confident making them my go-to pest control company moving forward. Thank you! I would definitely recommend them.

I had a small rodent issue and Taps made me feel better not only about having it happen in the first place but also with getting rid of it. Nate was very nice and thorough with explaining to me how they got in and how to solve it. Within a few days they sent out two Wildlife experts Jesse and Chris to help with repairs and getting rid of my issue. Everyone from beginning to end was courteous professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company for any related issues

Would give 0 stars if possible. It’s been a terrible ongoing experience dealing with Taps, and regret hiring them for wildlife exclusion service for my home. After 5+ weeks of “service”, the issue is still ongoing and no resolution is in sight. After I’ve reached out to inform them the current methods and what is currently being done is not working, and we need to get more aggressive with treatment, they’ve scaled down their “services” and only send technicians to take pictures and “check traps” only. This is after I was assured several times that additional steps would be taken to get my issue resolved. It is clear they are not capable or are simply unwilling to complete the job and needed services and another/different company is going to be needed to do the job correctly. Management has refused to issue a me refund. Can’t trust this company or employees to resolve the wildlife issue. Will never work with them again. Do not hire this company.

One of their company vehicles cut me off on i75 north right before old big bend rd, making us go off road almost crash, while I have my wife and 2 year old in the car. Drive better. Especially in a COMPANY VEHICLE.

Took 3 weeks of calling for them to finally come out. Now, they’ve charged me 3 months in a row and haven’t shown up at all. I don’t recommend this company.

Just like everyone else..the initial assessment and first few treatments went great and then Alex goes ghost and doesn't show up or return any calls/emails. Can't rely on him.

My boyfriend signed up to use Taps Pest Control and they have been unresponsive to our calls and requests for the services enrolled in. We found termites and they won’t even return our phone call. Alex hasn’t responded well for over a year and has spent more time apologizing than killing pests. Comes out in the beginning and gets you to sign up and then never shows up again. We had to miss work on a Monday morning waiting for him just for him to not show and not respond still a week later. This is ridiculous and I would never suggest this company to my worst enemy. Watch out for the biggest scam artist in town!

I used Alex and I can say that I am sorry that I did. I recommended him to all my neighbors and I am embarrassed that I did. He charged me for services not completed and if it wasn’t for my cameras I wouldn’t have known he wasn’t showing up. Claimed to have done work in places that I couldn’t see until multiple people came behind me to tell me that in fact the work had not been done. What a real shame. I finally let him go after repeatedly failing to show up to correct the work. Eco smart pest is where I went and have had a great experience. Way cheaper as well.

Initial consultation and applications was perfect. I signed up for their bi-monthly pest spray around my home. Well now they are not returning calls nor are they returning my emails. I received an invoice after I cancelled my appointment a week in advance. What is scary to me is that if the work was done, they came into my fenced in backyard and didn't notify me that they were there or working. What if I let my dogs out while they were there? Or right after application. That's something very unprofessional and very dangerous, potential lawsuit in my opinion. Avoid TAPS. Great at first, terrible after that.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Came out the initial time just fine. However, follow up was scheduled for Monday. They sent constant emails to either cancel or reschedule, not confirm. Those emails indicate we were on their schedule. My husband was home all day waiting for them to respond for their service. No show. Left messages. Did not call back. Horrible way to do business. They need to re-evaluate themselves as a business.
