Bee Green Pest Control

I had been with Bee Green for years. Starting last year my yard developed huge dead areas. I worked for a year now trying to get my yard in good condition again. I did my part. I spread new top soil, put in grass plugs or blocks. I sat down and went around my house for months pulling weeds out of the grass. Moles are back in my lawn, weeds have spread, crab grass is rapidly taking over. One part of my lawn is completely gone to weed grass and weeds. I had a beautiful lawn for years. It is now gone. I don't know what happened to their service but it seriously declined. I didn't want to but I canceled their service.

I’ve been through every other big company in town and these guys are by far the best. My favorite things about them is that I haven’t spoken to a tech or a customer service rep…ever!! Well, not since my initial consult and quote. They show up, they do a great job, and I never worry about the yard. Every other company it seems I always had to call, tell them there was some problem, listen to a sob story about how it’s hard to find good people, or have them tell me it’s not their fault, blah, blah, blah. Not Bee Green. They offer consistently excellent service, at affordable prices, without a single headache. Not one. Highly recommend!

They do an excellent job of keeping my lawn in great shape. Any issues, I let them know and they address it immediately. Always a response from the office by the next day. The techs are knowledgeable and also explain what they are seeing to me. I recommend trying them if you want to be proud of your lawn.

We have used Bee Green for almost 9 years. They great lawn techs and customer service. Could not be happier. Highly recommend them.

Worst company ever, employees (well one older blonde dude) has the worst attitude ever curses a lot and acts like a child very disrespectful I highly recommend hiring new ppl or going somewhere else! DO MOT RECOMMEND

I would not recommend these services. The level of unprofessionalism was unbelievable. The man with blonde hair was extremely rude.

I used them for 3 months. Their monthly fee was $60. I had some sod issues and lack of growth in some areas. At the end of 3 months, I saw absolutely no difference in the lawn condition and now looks so awful, I will have to resod. I stopped using them. These people do not know y they are doing and I would not recommend using them at all.

We have had Bee Green for their pest control services for going on 3 years now. Always arrive when they say they will, every interaction has been pleasant and I feel the charge is fair for the services provided. Some of the negative reviews they have has not been my experience at all or are bad reviews for services they don't even provide. Would recommend them for sure!

We have had this service for four months and have not seen any improvement. In fact, our yard looks worse than it did before the service. Customer service was unsympathetic and unhelpful.

I had your service for over a year because I had issues with my yard and still continue, but now I have other areas getting destroyed. The amazing part of it all is the three neighbors that are close to each other had the same type of issue going on with the ground and grass dying. After six months of issues, the technicians finally did some ground sampling. They said it would take about 6 to 8 weeks. The company likes to brag that they have a lab person. However, they’re using a college out of Jacksonville which is not a problem, however it’d be nice to know what the results are. I noticed that the company was across the street in my neighbor’s yard and usually we have the same day treatments. I walked out and asked about the soil samples. He goes no I just asked that this morning. He has not seen the results yet.I said so what’s going on with my neighbor’s yard, then he says just giving him a little extra! I said wow, Is that how you treat your other customers? I said your company can take it and stick it. I’m no longer having Bee Green Service. Anybody that reads this post, please do your research on this company and make a sound decision. Please do not do what I did. I see my neighbor and I loved his yard. It was absolutely beautiful. This is why I went with the company. It is not now!

Bee green has been doing my elderly mother’s yard for almost 2 years and the yard has consistently gotten worse. Chinch bugs are thriving and several different types of weeds that I’ve never seen before are throughout the yard. I told them not to come back.

They will kill your lawn. Many, many complaints. Barely a B minus with BBB. Buyer beware. They completely killed off my neighbors lawn and mine looks worse than it has in the last 5 years. Look at their responses. What is consistent, is that they take no responsibility for destroying lawns (see 100% of responses). . This company needs a class action lawsuit to make them accountable.

I ask for more information they said it would get back to me and they never did. It shows a lack of professionalism.

Horrible service. Rude company. They don't show up and even when they do, they do a half job. They leave weeds everywhere. Stay away!

I've been waiting 6 months for Dylan Coughlin to send a key for a bike I bought from him that I drove 2 hours for after he assured me he had everything including the key ready to go and he's done nothing but ignor me, called cussing me out & is just immature instead of simply putting a key in an envelope & sending it.

We have used them for at least 4 years and our grass looks absolutely terrible. We are finally canceling our services with them. I don’t recommend them at all.

Do NOT use this company. They are very shady. I called about getting my lawn mowed and they confirmed and gave me a different date each time someone would be out and no one ever came. The 4th time I spoke to them they told me I was never scheduled for lawn mowing, which I had already paid for. It has now been 3 weeks since I scheduled this service and nothing has been done. Also, the invoice I paid does not have what you are paying for specifically, so that is weird. Wouldn’t recommend unless you like wasting your time and money.

One of my tree outside was not doing well, they didn’t know till I brought it up to them .. I showed the tree to them and all they said is nothing is just sun damage change the watering time and this showed be fine. 2 months later and no feedback no follow up and no treatment was recommended despite the fact the tree is not doing good continued to dry inside out they did nothing and yesterday I had to call another company to look and they said this is fungal and the root should have been treated long time ago. Had not this been for Bee Green poor knowledge and bad professionalism the tree would have been saved. I don’t recommend them to anyone

THREE YEARS I paid these people to take care of my backyard and this is what it looks like. It teetered between bad and horrible the whole time. I had no idea that the chance I had given them was so long until I went back and looked and when my service began. I had to call them multiple time to let them know that it still looked horrible, despite having someone here who saw it once per month for three years. When I finally got annoyed enough to call they would promise to give it the attention needed to fix it and then it was forgotten about a few weeks later. Do not waste your money with this company.
