Mia my sales rep was great. Very low pressure honest person. She is extremely knowledgeable and cares about you. I had a bit of a mix up on the contract and Mia handled like a pro. Avoid these people at all costs. They don't tell your up front that they charge you every quarter instead of monthly and then force you to go through hoops to cancel even though they're terrible at what they do. We hired them because we had ants intruding in our new construction home and have still had them since we started the service with them back in June. Not only did they not fix the service but the original technician was extremely rude and told me and my wife not to kill the ants swarming
