We initially engaged this company's services back in 2019, and at the time, we were genuinely satisfied with their performance. However, over the years, we noticed a significant decline in the quality of service provided. On several instances, we observed, via our security cameras, that their service personnel were not attending to the specified areas of our yard as per our agreement. We attempted to rectify the situation by communicating our concerns and requesting cancellation of the service

I should be honest their pricing system is what making me rate them this low, I didn’t actually receive service. I called for service they offer 2 pricing structures 1 is yearly and they make you sign a year agreement for service (i hate signing a year long agreement to anything for any company i’ve never used), and they charge extra for fire ants which I feel like should be standard, but thats just me. The second was a one time which initially they told me was 239 then they went up to 299 after

Brandon Smith and the entire team of Antipesto responded promptly, addressed all aspects of the rodent problem, gave me competent solutions and never failed to follow up promptly. I am very grateful and satisfied with the service. I also was made to feel that customer loyalty is a valued commodity. Thank you all very much!
