freindly and efficient on time service. The bugs hate them I am sure. But they have disappeared, which is what I really care about.

I have been using Cruce Pest Management for several years. They come to my business quarterly, have done two termite inspections for home purchases and a termite inspection for my mother after an unscrupulous pest inspector tried to sell her services she did not need. They are timely, professional and delightful to work with. We have not had any bug issues since we started using them.

Robin knows her stuff. She helps me with my properties that I manage and also with any Termite Inspection I need. She also does preventive termite service and is very good at what she does.

They trap rodents, then cant find their own traps. Smelling dead animals is not something you want to work around even for a few hours let alone 10 days which is what they told us to "deal with' along with warning us we will get flies too. 12 hours later my business partner got a ladder and found the trap and dead animal himself! Horrible customer service!

Couldnt get a handle,on our ant issue for over a year. I ran late due to a conflict in schedule (im a school teacher and was,called,into an urgent meeting after school). I explained once getting there (about 20 min late) and was lectured in my own home. Was quoted a price for the work to be done that was outrageous. When I hesitated the price was suddenly lowered significantly. I told Robin I suddenly realized I didnt need their service after all. I called TNT the next week and i havent had ants since.

We finally called Robin after about six months of what we thought were sugar ants driving my husband insane - they were coming in from the window, then a crack in the floor, then a gap in the crown molding...we tried everything. My husband was ready to burn the house down. Robin came out the next day, exactly on time, confirmed they were ghost ants, and did her thing. After two days, no ants in sight! She came back for a second treatment a week later, and also put down some bait for the occasional silver fish we’d see in the laundry room and guest bath - I haven’t seen any since! We have two cats and she was very conscious about them - making sure to keep doors shut so they wouldn’t get outside or go into rooms she was in, and letting me know where she put bait and whether it was pet safe. She was very clear about her prices and what she was going to do, and her prices were reasonable. Robin knows exactly what she’s doing and is so friendly and easy to talk to. I absolutely love that she’s a woman doing pest control and breaking the stereotype of women being scared of bugs and other critters - she will face them head on and destroy them. I wish we had called her sooner, but we’re thrilled that we did. Thank you Robin!!

Not courteous at all

This is the best pest control I have ever used!!! I had my home treated once and I have not seen any lil bugs or big bugs in my home I recommend this Pest control to all my friends and family.

I disagree with the 1 star review. This company exemplifies what it means to be customer driven and professional. The owner took the time to go over the issues, with options for our home. Robin is a wonderful personable business owner, and a 1 star review would NEVER be justified with her or the company.

This firm sprayed my home without my permission as the property owner. When calling to find out what they sprayed and license information. And to tell them they are not authorized to work on my property the man who answered refused to give us a manager and then screamed on the phone and refused to give his name? Very abusive. We have a new tenant that entered into a contract illegally. We have a right to speak to owner or manager. Was refused and verbally abused us on the phone. This is not a good sign - red flag!

Excellent service. Knowledgeable and reasonably priced. The John Wick of pest control. Nothing lives through their treatments.

I never had a pest control service with so much detailed knowledge of pest. Her interview process is unlike other pest control services. she actually finds the root of the problem and is conscious of your family, kids, and pets. both pest services come and spray harmful chemicals she got rid of all our pest without just spraying baseboards, fast and safe for our new born twins! I will never use another pest service !!! You would be crazy not to call Cruce Pest really is #1 pest control fast affordable free inspection and is in my families opinion the best pest service in riverview Florida and Tampa area
