The owner Wayne is amazing. Scheduled a consultation ASAP, provided expert guidance and advice on how best to move forward. Refused to charge or offer any services that were not the right fit. Very trustworthy and will use them in the future for anymore issues and of course recommend to my family and friends.

I mistakenly forgot to write this review earlier, but this business is so great, I must write this review, even late! Wayne and his team came to my house and removed a rat from the bottom of my garage washing machine housing! It was terrible and Trapline was fantastic, professional, knowledgeable and efficient! They were also very kind and personable! I could not recommend them more! Thank you Trapline!!

I had raccoons and possum in my yard. I called Trapline Pest Solutions at the suggestion of a friend and everything about the experience was positive. Their price was very competitive and they came soon after I called and did everything they said they would do in the most professional way. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Top integrity and professionalism, apex customer service. They made multiple trips to eliminate the threat without hesitation always arriving later that day, or first thing the next day. Our house was definitely a challenge to finally be rid of the critter. They waited for a period (more than a month) of no calls before finally sending the bill, which I paid immediately! I wish all organizations worked liked this.

There aren't enough stars to give for this recommendation;. It is rare these days to find any business that stands in and works from integrity. Wayne and his team went above and beyond in helping me take care of issues at my older parents' home. Both he and James, our service provider, were always professional, polite and so incredibly kind. I had met with several companies in the industry and everyone wanted to sell us things we did not need, gave false information about the scope of the problem. and misinformation about what was happening in our attic. Wayne listened to all our concerns about the safety of our dogs and other animals on the property. He and his team showed up on time, were excellent in communication and patient with my older mother. We felt safe having them in and out of the house and that is such a gift. Additionally- no other company gave a five year guarantee on their services.

Had a 'Rodent in the Attic' issue a couple days before going on vacation and Wayne's team was super responsive. James came out before we left for our trip and was great! He was very professional and took the time to explain everything he was doing. It is clear he and the Trapline Team really cares about customer service and doing the job right. Highly recommend Trapline for anyone looking for reliable and effective rodent or pest control.

I had a pair of squirrels take up residence in my attic, and called Trapline after speaking to other companies. Wayne came out and explained what they would do and how they would do it; James then came out and sealed the entries and set a trap, and after he patiently came out several times the rodents were evicted and sealed out permanently. James was great at checking in with me and coming out whenever needed until the job was done. I highly recommend Trapline Pest Solutions! I'm very glad I chose this company, Wayne and James were excellent.

James' depth of knowledge and skill in assessing and effectively dealing with our squirrel problem was evident from the very beginning. I ended up having a family of squirrels that chewed into my attic and started nesting. James from Trapline Pest Solutions was able to humanely remove and relocate all the squirrels within a week. Also, he sealed and secured the house so that they wouldn’t continue to make there way back. The biggest thing that stood out was the level of professionalism and responsiveness. It was very streamlined communication, and it really made things easy for my family and I. Thank You!

Shortly after moving into our house last year we started hearing scratching coming from the attic daily. Wayne came out and immediately diagnosed the problem as rats, which he said were likely getting in through the sewer system and an open pipe in the attic. He got up on the roof and walked around the property looking for other entrance points. He told us how we could confirm his diagnosis by putting bait in the sewer cleanout. He recommended getting a plumber to put in a check valve and said there's no point in putting traps. He didn't ask for any payment. It's been over a year since we had the valve put in and we haven't heard the rats since then. I'm super happy Wayne was the first we called for this because I'm certain many others would have misdiagnosed the problem.

James was very professional, courteous and always on time, and he did a magnificent work repairing the huge hole a possum made in the side of our house second floor. We couldn’t believe how well he fixed the area, and how he trapped the animal in a very humane way. We live in a gated community and we will definitely recommend this company, particularly James!!! Thank you for such a great job.!!! The price by comparison with other companies was far better . We were educated at all times about the possible invasion and we were informed how the repair will be done, we couldn’t believe once we saw James’s job that we ever had such a huge damage. It was just perfect. 100% well done thanks to James.
