Zero stars - we have been a loyal customer with Orkin for 18 years pest and "termite" coverage. Had a roof leak that ruined our wood floors. I “signed” a contract back in the fall of last year… not sure when… but I remember setting up service. I was never contacted regarding appointment times and their associates would show up unannounced when I wasn’t home to “do service.” So I would have to run back home from work, thankfully I’m self employed, to deal with my service. Very disappointed. Purchased termite bond, termite barrier, and termite bait. Each year my family saw active termites - and so we would call Orkin to come out and inspect and treat.
